With real-time access to locating records and a dashboard display, our quality assessment tool, FieldCheck® enables supervisors to validate the locate work performed by technicians. Utilizing the digital record created by e-Sketch, locate supervisors can electronically view and verify the quality of the fieldwork product. Supervisors can also assess additional risk and quality information including ticket quality scores and process guides. And most importantly if the locate does not meet quality standards immediate corrective action can be taken.
